1. Do you offer buy now, pay later options?

You know we got you covered, mama! We offer Shop Pay installments for all orders over $50. You can find this option available at checkout. We’re also working hard to partner with more companies to expand these options for you, so stay tuned!

 

2. When will my order ship?

All orders are set to ship between 1-3 business days, though we usually get them out the door the next day. Every order is packed with love and care to ensure there are no damages upon shipment. While we’re not responsible for how the carrier treats your package, we strive to use high-quality packaging supplies to keep your cozy goodies secure. Please expect your order to arrive within 2-6 business days depending on your location in the United States.

3. What is the quality of clothing like?

All Cozy Little Mama pieces are printed with plastisol ink, ensuring top quality and durability of each design. Clothing material details can be found in the product description because we want you to know exactly what you’re getting. We’re all about providing you with everything you need to feel confident in your purchase.

 

4. How do I take care of my clothing?

To keep your cozy pieces looking their best, we recommend turning them inside out, washing on a gentle cycle with like colors, using warm water, and drying on medium heat with low tumble. If you happen to get a stain, we suggest using "Shout" as a fabric stain remover. Just be sure not to spray any stain removers directly on the design to preserve its quality over time.

 

5. Can I return or exchange items from the closeout sale?

Since this is our final closeout sale, all purchases are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We’ve priced everything with that in mind, making these pieces super affordable. If you have any questions before making a purchase, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!

 

6. How long will the sale last?

The sale will last until all items are sold out. We recommend shopping early, as quantities are limited, and once they’re gone, they’re gone! Don’t miss out on your chance to grab these cozy pieces at a great price.

 

7. What if I am in between sizes?

In each item’s product description, we provide details on the fit as best as possible. The majority of our crewnecks and tees run in unisex sizing, so they lean more towards men’s sizing. Please make sure to double-check the product description. All bottoms are true to size, and we recommend sizing up in any top or bottom style for a more oversized fit.
